Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only via USPS.

 

What is your processing time?

All orders take up to one week to process prior to shipping as they are handmade to order.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We provide Priority Shipping with a projected turnaround time of three business days. Per USPS, exceptions may apply and delivery time cannot be guaranteed. We ship orders on business days only, Monday- Friday.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as form of payment when shopping online.

 

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can not be cancelled once they are processed. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.

 

How do I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with all Rejuvenate Bath & Body products. You may return products with a receipt for exchange or full credit, not including shipping and handling charges.

 

What if I received the incorrect product?

If you receive the incorrect product, we will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

 

How should I store my body butter?

We recommend all body butters to be stored away from heat in a cool, dry area. This will ensure that the product maintains its light and fluffy consistency.
